This website, business.empireoaks.estate, is operated by Empire Oaks Estate, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Empire Oaks Business Services ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What this site is
The site describes the services we offer and lets you request a discovery call. Its content is general information about those services. It is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and reading it or sending the contact form does not create a client relationship.
Client work is governed by a written agreement
Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written service agreement that sets out the scope, price, schedule, data handling and confidentiality terms. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls. Descriptions, examples and features on this site show what is possible; what you get is what your agreement says.
The contact form
Please send only what's needed to set up a call, and don't send passwords, account numbers, health information or other sensitive data through the form. How form submissions are handled is described in the privacy note.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or automated submissions.
- Don't try to disrupt the site or get access to systems or data you aren't authorized to reach.
- Don't copy the site's content to pass it off as your own.
Ownership
The site's text, images, video and design belong to Empire Oaks Estate, LLC or are used with permission. You may share links and view or print pages for your own use. Ownership of anything we make for a client is set by that client's agreement.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty; limit of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Empire Oaks Estate, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and its total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
